All products sold are new and carry a full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated. We only offer the best equipment, from the most reliable manufacturers on the market with the highest attention to product quality and their warranty.

Terms and Conditions of Sale Prices

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Backyard Play Places, LLC shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors. While great care is given to our site and publications, errors do sometimes arise. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Backyard Play Places shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

We have made a concerted effort to provide images that accurately represent the actual color, style, size & shape of each product. However, due to all the possible variants (light source, monitor quality, etc.). We can not guarantee that these images accurately represent the actual colors of the product. Products returned due to color variances will still be considered a return of a non-defective item.

Returns

Any return must have proper authorization in advance. All returns subject to a restocking charge. Freight not included. All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase date. All Custom Order sales are final and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  All Shipping of larger items, including playsets, slides etc. are delivered by truck, and are to curbside only. The receiver is responsible for unloading all merchandise from the truck and should arrange to have help, if needed, for when the freight arrives.

Items that declare Free Shipping are for continental US only. Inspect all items when received for damage or shortage. Backyard Play Places, LLC is not responsible for these occurrences. If any damage or shortage is detected, it must be reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Any damage and shortage is the responsibility of the carrier. All damage and shortage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt or there will be no claim of shipping damage or shortage.

We do ship UPS & USPS items outside of the US including Canada.  Items are only shipped USPS if they are small enough for a flat rate box, otherwise your order will be shipped UPS.  If you are a Canadian customer wishing to purchase one of our larger items, playsets, slides, etc. please contact us prior to ordering so that shipping arrangements can be made.

Purchaser is responsible for all duty & customs charges for orders shipped outside the US.  If orders are refused/abandoned at customs there will be no refunds on your purchase.

Warranty

CM Playgrounds, LLC dba Backyard Play Places does not offer any warranty on any product. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. CM Playgrounds, LLC dba Backyard Play Places is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.
